Owensboro Catholic boys’ soccer fell to Todd County Central 2-1 in a home match on Saturday.
The Aces recorded 10 shots, with four on goal. Joseph Kurtz had the lone goal. Goalie Ben Dawson recorded two saves. Todd County Central recorded six shots, four on goal.
“There were some real positives, particularly in the first half,” Owensboro Catholic head coach Andy Donohoe said. “We have to do better in certain moments of the game and those are lessons for us to pull from. It was a big step forward in developing our principles and style of play.”
