The Daviess County Dance finished as runners up in the Medium Varsity Hip Hop division at the NDA National Championships. This 2nd place finish is an improvement on their already impressive 4th pace finish last year.
DC finished with a raw score of 53.2 and an event score of 88.6 without any deduction. Head coach Jaclyn Simpson expressed her pride in her team and said that their hard work finally paid off.
“I’m so proud of them,” she said. “They worked so hard this year and this weekend, and it paid off!! We have come a long way since our first competition, and I can’t wait to see them grow and come back next year stronger than ever!”
