Apollo played two matches against Muhlenberg while Owensboro Catholic played against Oldham and Bowling Green.

The E-gals won the first match 2-0 (25-21, 25-10) and second match 2-0 (25-10, 25-8).
Across both matches, Ahalia Ramirez set the team up with 36 assists and had five digs on defense. Ava Fazio and Avery Gray led the team in kills with 12 kills each. Kelsey Dickinson led the team on defense with 18 digs and had two aces on offense.
The E-gals are now 24-11 heading into the district tournament on October 16.

Owensboro Catholic lost to Oldham 3-0 (25-18, 25-20, 25-20) and won a hard-fought battle against Bowling Green (22-25, 25-23, 25-23, 17-25, 15-13) in a game that was forced into a fifth set.
Leading the Aces in kills across both matches was Olivia Castlen with 24. Karsen Tipmore led on defense with an impressive 45 digs across both matches. Kennedy Murphy set the team up with 54 assists in both matches.
The Lady Aces are now 23-8 heading into the district tournament.
