Apollo suffered a 3-0 (25-23, 25-23, 25-22) loss on the road against University Heights. The E-gals put up a fight but just couldn’t close out their sets.
Leading in kills for Apollo was Abie Butterworth with nine kills and eight digs on defense. Kadi Daugherty led on defense with 12 digs and she had one ace on offense. Ahalia Ramirez set the offense up with 23 assists during the match.
The E-gals are now 22-11 in the season.
