Apollo was victorious over Hopkinsville 2-0. Jolie Foster led the team with a goal and an assist. Rachel Edens scored the other goal for the E-gals, and Dalleigh Sullivan had an assist as well. Goalkeeper Ashton Leigh had three saves making this her second shutout of the season. This game brings AHS to 4-4 in the season. The E-gals are back on the field in a district matchup against Owensboro Catholic on August 29.
