In a season that still isn’t over yet, Tahlia Walton, Cali Nolot and Shiya Hoosier have each been named to the G-MAC’s All-Conference team. Walton has been named to the All-G-MAC First Team, Nolot has found a place on the All-G-MAC Second Team, and Hoosier was named to the All-Defensive team.

Walton led the Panthers with an average of 14.5 points, a .556 field goal percentage, and 12 total blocks. She was also second on the team with 4.8 rebounds/game and 57 total assists. The Stanley, Wisconsin native scored in double-figures 22 times, including a career high 23 points in just 17 minutes in the Panther’s marquee win over #2 Drury earlier this year. This is Walton’s second All-G-MAC Team as she was named to the All-G-MAC Second Team last season.

Nolot has improved every season she has doned the Panther uniform, and this year was no different as she averaged 12.3 points and 3.6 rebounds while shooting 49.3% from the field. The New Salisbury, Indiana native scored in double-figures 19 times this year, and set a new career high with 23 points against Florida Southern early in the year. Nolot currently has 881 career points, and will almost certainly hit the 1000 point mark next season.

Hoosier has been a ballhawk this season, leading the G-MAC in total steals (58) and coming in second in steals/game (2.1). She was very effective on the offensive side of the ball as well, scoring 5.9 points/game and dishing out 61 total assists.

Wesleyan currently has a 19-9 record and finished their season with a 15-6 record in conference play. The Panthers look to continue their run in the G-MAC tournament as they face Walsh tomorrow at 6:30 p.m.
