Owensboro Catholic girls soccer couldn’t muster up enough offense against Greenwood on Tuesday, falling 4-1.
Sophomore Avery Buser, junior Anna Drexel, sophomore Ella Whittle and junior Claire Allen all recorded a goal for the Lady Gators.
Without senior Ashton Logsdon due to an ankle injury the Lady Aces had to look elsewhere for offense, as sophomore Jahaira Ward supplied the lone goal of the day for Owensboro Catholic.
Head Coach Andy Hines said that along with Logsdon, that the team as a whole is a little banged up at the moment.
Sitting at 15-4 overall, the Lady Aces will look to overcome health issues in their next matchup with the regular season nearing its end.
Owensboro Catholic will play its final home game of the season when they take on Henderson County at 6 p.m. on Thursday.
