Henderson County 61, Trinity 60 (OT)
Henderson County’s William Bird made a bucket at the buzzer to take down Trinity Tuesday in Whitesville.
The Colonels needed overtime but they were able to get the 61-60 win over the Raiders.
Landon Huff finished with 24 points while Landon Smith (14 points) and Gavin Howard (10 points) also had solid games for the Raiders.
Trinity plays Thursday at Hancock County. The Raiders have six games left on their regular-season schedule with just one game coming at home. THS hosts Muhlenberg County Monday.

Lyon County 46, Daviess County 45
Despite three players in double figures, the Daviess County Lady Panthers fell to Lyon County on a buzzer-beater Tuesday in Eddyville.
The Lady Lyons took down DC 46-45 behind a game-high 20 points from senior Calista Collins.
The Lady Panthers trailed 34-22 heading to the second half before turning their offense up a notch and getting the game close in the fourth quarter.
Adylan Ayer finished with a team-high 17 points while Katie Mewes (14 points) and Brooklyn Daugherty (10 points) also finished in double digits.
DC plays at the Sportscenter Thursday against Owensboro Catholic.
Owensboro 65, Hopkinsville 52
Owensboro freshman Alyrica Hughes finished with a triple-double to lead the Lady Devils over Hopkinsville Tuesday.
Hughes had 15 points, 11 steals and 10 assists in the 65-52 win over the Lady Tigers.
Hughes wasn’t the only Devil to have a solid game as Krystell Pappas (16 points), Lyric Lawrence (16 points) and Lizy Phillips (12 points) also delivered in the victory to help Owensboro bounce back after Monday’s loss to Apollo.
The Lady Devils have won six of their last seven games as they’re now 9-10 on the year.
OHS plays Saturday at Hancock County before wrapping up their regular-season Monday at home against Trinity.
Central Hardin 60, Owensboro Catholic 44
Owensboro Catholic was dealt its second-straight loss Tuesday after falling to Central Hardin on the road.
The Lady Aces couldn’t keep up with the Bruins as CH grabbed the 60-44 win.
Katie Riney finished with a team-high 11 points for the Lady Aces while freshman Hailee Johnson chipped in 10 points.
The Lady Aces host Daviess County Thursday then head to Apollo Saturday to take on the E-gals.
