• Four players score in DC home win
• Lady Devils shut out on road
FOUR PLAYERS SCORE IN DC HOME WIN
Daviess County (13-2) got one goal each from four players in a 4-2 home victory over Evansville North.
Kenlee Newcom, Elizabeth Collier, Avery McNeiley and Chloe Hinchcliffe each found the net. Bree Owen, Meredith Campbell and Hinchcliffe each had and assists. Emma Patterson finished with five saves in goal.
The Lady Panthers will play at home again Tuesday when they host Apollo in their 9th District finale of the regular season.
LADY DEVILS SHUT OUT ON ROAD
Owensboro (3-5) ran into a tough Henderson County (7-3-3) team that hasn’t allowed a goal in three games, and the Lady Devils weren’t able to break through in a 9-0 loss. Chandler Worth had 12 saves in goal for OHS.
The Lady Devils will return to action Tuesday when they host Owensboro Catholic in their 9th District finale of the regular season.
