The Daviess County girls’ basketball team posted their second consecutive win, taking down Muhlenberg County 57-48 at home Monday night.
The Lady Panthers (3-14) have been impressive from 3-point range lately, and they used nine more to take down the Lady Mustangs (11-7).


Head coach John Kirkpatrick said after not taking great care of the ball in the first half, their poise in the second half was key for victory.
Kailey Bowers led the was for the Lady Panthers with 18 points, while Claire Johnson had 11 and Emma Anderson added 10 points.
DCHS will hit the road Tuesday to play Butler County at 7:30 p.m.
