Coy Estes, 35, of the 5400 block of Red Mile Loop was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance (meth), drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon and parole violation.
Xavier R. Boone, 32, of the 1800 block of Triplett was charged with parole violation.
David E. Brown, 59, of the 1000 block of W. 7th Street was charged with third-degree burglary.
Toni J. Hicks, 46, of the 1600 block of W. 3rd Street was charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth), theft by deception under $500, fraudulent use of credit card and receiving stolen property under $500.
Brittany M. Hernandez, 25, of the 1000 block of Crabtree Avenue was charged with theft by unlawful taking $500 – $10,000 and unlawful transaction with a minor in the second degree.

April M. Green, 38, of the 900 block of Conway Avenue was charged with burglary in the second degree.
Robin R. Otto, 45, of the 500 block of Hathaway Street was charged with trafficking a controlled substance (meth), a warrant for failure to appear, and theft by unlawful taking under $500.
Justin M. Hellman, 37, of the 1400 block of Bowie Trail was charged with parole violation.
Charlise Dwoney, 57, of the 6900 block of Lamplite Circle was charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth), drug paraphernalia and a warrant for contempt of court.
Marilee Thurby, 54, of the 800 block of Hathaway Street was charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth), harassment and criminal trespassing in the third degree.
Justin D. Clark, 24, of the 1600 block of Fogle Road was charged with his second DUI.
