• Adam Martin, 40, of the 800 block of E. 14th Street was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Arsenio Perez-Sanchez, 35, of the 3800 block of Brentwood Drive was charged Tuesday with first-degree strangulation.
