• Jake A. Sheets, 19, homeless, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Kiara M. White, 27, of the 2700 block of Allen Street, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Aaron W. Newcome, 37, of the 2000 block of 2000 E. 21st Street was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
