• Matthew Stubblefield, 40, of the 100 block of Robert Drive, was charged Sunday with procuring or promoting the use of a minor and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
• A juvenile was charged Monday with possession of a handgun by a minor.
• Shawn Jeffrey Reed, 50, of the 3100 Brent Gray Trace was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
