Tiffany R. Frakes, 29, of the 2200 block of Webster Court was charged Monday with theft of identity of another without consent.
Aaron J. Reed, 39, of the 3300 block of KY 144 was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking over $500 and third-degree burglary.
Tracy W. Whitehouse, 49, of the 3500 block of Comanche Place was charged Monday with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
