Derek L. Owen, 46, of the 600 block of Jed Place was charged Thursday with possession of methamphetamine (second offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael A. Chance, 47, of the 500 block of Hall Street was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Glenn A. Dean, 57, of the 2000 block of East Sixth Street was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.
Larry S. Wirth, 67, of the 1900 block of Cecilia Court was charged Thursday with driving under the influence (second offense).
Alexa Moore, 28, of the 30 block of Clearview Drive was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.
