Owensboro Police Department
Justin T. Puckett, 29, of the 3500 block of Hawthorne Dr. was charged Monday with receiving stolen property under $10,000, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Tony E. Vanover, 50, of the 2000 block of Prince Ave. was charged Monday with first-degree fleeing/evading police.
