Antoine J. Boulware, 31, of the 600 block of Carlton Dr. was charged Friday with public intoxication, second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree indecent exposure and third-degree sexual abuse.
William Pleasant, Jr., 54, of the 1000 block of W. 7th St. was charged Friday with possession of synthetic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joe D. Brown, 58, of the 800 block of E. Parrish Ave. was charged Friday with first-degree indecent exposure.
Olivia M. Tong, 27, of the 1900 block of Prince Ave. was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
