Dustin Portman, 26, of Rockport was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Erik B. Mitchell, 33, of the 300 block of Church St. was charged Friday with third-degree burglary and leaving the scene of an accident–failure to render assistance or aid.

 

Christopher G. Rice, 41, of the 100 block of E. 18th St. was charged Friday with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespassing and public intoxication.

 

Cody A. Dennison, 24, of the 700 block of Ashland Ave. was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (steroids), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

 

Astacia M. Baxter, 23, of the 600 block of Riley Ave. was charged Friday with driving under the influence (2nd offense), second-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree burglary and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

 

April D. Haney, 32, of the 1700 block of Brentwood Dr. was charged Friday with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident–failure to render aid or assistance.

Joseph M. Cruz, 34, of the 3200 block of W. Maypole Ave. was charged Friday with probation violation for a felony offense.

 

Matthew S. Perryman, 40, of the 4400 block of Countryside Dr. was charged Friday with second-degree burglary.
