Tabatha Embry, 34, of the 100 block of Friendship Dr. was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael Jones, 58, of the 1000 block of W. 7th St. was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 and theft by deception including cold checks under $500.

Logan M. Drake, 28, of the 2900 block of Saratoga Ct. was charged Wednesday with first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and driving under the influence (2nd offense).
Tyler A. Miller, 28, of the 300 block of Salem Church Rd. was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000.
Jason B. Papucci, 27, of the 1600 block of Media Dr. was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 (facilitation).
