• Sexual abuse was reported Tuesday from the 1200 block of Pleasant Valley Road.
• A Utility Closet Wall sustained $3,000 worth of damage along with stolen water from the 1400 block of West 1st Street on Tuesday.
• A strangulation was reported from the 600 block of Jed Place on Tuesday.
• An individual was charged Tuesday from the 1300 block of West 2nd Street with the following: trafficking in a controlled substance first-degree and first offense (meth), trafficking in marijuana first offense, drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
