A traffic accident injured two people on Monday on Carter Road at 5:42 a.m. Drivers Nicolas A. Brooks, 21, of the 600 block of Greenbriar Street and Nicholas T. Sheffield, 33, of the 800 block of East 21st Street were involved in the accident. Sheffield and a passenger in Brooks’ car, Quentin R. Miller, 18, of the 4200 block of Harbor Hills Trace were injured in the accident and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A traffic accident left one person injured on Monday at the corner of East 22nd Street and J.R. Miller Boulevard at 9:06 p.m. Driver James R. Kassinger, 82, of the 1500 block of Griffith Avenue was injured in the accident and taken to OHRH for treatment.
A theft of a legend drug was reported Monday. Four Bisacodyl prescription pills were reported stolen.
An automobile was reported stolen Tuesday in the 5000 block of Frederica Street. A 2019 Subaru Outback was reported stolen at a value of $26,345.
A burglary was reported Tuesday in the 700 block of West Fourth Street. $3,000 cash and business papers were reported stolen.
