A traffic accident injured one person on Wednesday at the corner of New Hartford Rd. and US-60 at 1:35 p.m. Drivers Michael T. Elliot, 40, of the 1900 block of Buford Rd. and Morgan P. Muskin, 26, of the 1000 block of Pell St. were involved in the accident. Muskin was injured and transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A third-degree burglary was reported Tuesday in the 500 block of St. Ann St. A weedeater was stolen at a value of $80.
In the 1700 block of Bluegrass Ct. on Wednesday, a theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported. Cash was stolen in the amount of $1,800.
A theft of property mislaid or delivered by mistake was reported Wednesday in the 3100 block of KY 54. A debit card and wristlet were reported stolen at a value of $550.
In the 1600 block of Scherm Rd. on Wednesday, a theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported. A black Samsung Galaxy S9 with a black, glitter case was reported stolen at a value of $600.
