A traffic accident injured two people on Tuesday in the 4600 block of New Hartford Rd. at 7:35 p.m. Drivers Sarah M. Berry, 16, of the 5500 block of Pleasant Valley Rd. and John C. Howard, 52, of the 4200 block of Ryeland Pt. were involved in the accident. Berry and a juvenile passenger were injured during the accident and transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument was reported Wednesday in the 4500 block of Frederica St. Three counterfeit $10 bills were reported to authorities.
A theft by unlawful taking (stolen automobile) was reported Wednesday in the 3200 block of Buckland Sq. A 2002 Ford Ranger was reported stolen at a value of $4,000.
In the 2100 block of Churchill Ct. on Wednesday, a theft by unlawful taking (stolen automobile) was reported. A motorcycle was reported stolen at a value of $1,000.
