• A theft of property mislaid or delivered by mistake was reported Friday in the 1200 block of Breckinridge Street when a pink Vera Wang clutch and $2,000 cash were reported stolen at a value of $2,070.
• A theft was reported Friday in the 2100 block of Carpenter Drive. Four purses and clothing were reported stolen at a value of $2,820.
• A theft of identity of another was reported Friday in the 500 block of Hall Street.
• A theft from Walmart was reported Friday when merchandise was stolen at a value of $924.46.
• A fourth-degree assault and second-degree strangulation were reported Saturday at the corner of Holly Avenue and Mercedes Drive.
