A traffic accident injured one person on Thursday at the corner of J.R. Miller Blvd. and E. 27th St. at 7:51 p.m. Thomas A. Sacra, 31, of the 2900 block of McCalister Pl. was driving in the wreck that injured a juvenile in a separate vehicle. The juvenile was taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital to be treated for injuries.
On Thursday, a traffic accident injured one person in the 3100 block of KY 54 at 5:12 p.m. Driver Jaime R. Hernandez, 26, of the 1200 block of W. Reservoir Ave. and driver Olivia Z. Payne, 19, of the 5100 block of Free Silver Rd. were involved in the accident. Payne was injured and taken to OHRH for treatment.
A traffic accident injured one person on Friday at the corner of Frederica St. and Goetz Dr. at 11:09 a.m. Driver Alice G. Snyder, 65, of the 1300 block of Parkview Dr. was driving in the wreck, which injured Jade N. Phipps Gibson, 18, of the 2100 block of W. 6th St., as well as a juvenile. Phipps Gibson and the juvenile were taken to OHRH where they were treated for injuries.
A traffic accident injured one person on Friday at the corner of W. 9th St. and Crabtree Ave. at 2:55 p.m. Drivers Nathan D. Harvey, 27, of the 300 block of Hale Ave. and Paul S. William, 17, of the 10900 block of Sauer Ln. were involved in the accident. Harvey was injured and taken to OHRH for treatment.
A third-degree burglary was reported Wednesday in the 2800 block of Allen St. A tool set was reported stolen at a value of $150.
In the 1200 block of W. 2nd St. on Thursday, a theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported. A table saw was reported stolen at a value of $3,910.
A second-degree burglary was reported Thursday in the 4100 block of Buckland Sq.
In the 2500 block of Hwy 144 on Thursday, a first-degree robbery was reported. Money was reported stolen from a store.
A theft by unlawful taking (theft of contents stolen from inside a vehicle) $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported Thursday in the 300 block of E. 5th St. An iPod and a pair of Louis Vuitton sunglasses were reported stolen at a value of $900.
