• Christopher Ray Boyd, 36, from the 1200 block of East 5th Street was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
• Susan Smith Whittaker, 74, from the 300 block of North Dieterle Drive was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
• A juvenile was charged Tuesday with sexual abuse first-degree of a minor under 12.
