• Allen Aynes, 37, homeless was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana.

• Joey Elwood Rust, 46, from the 600 block of Pennbrooke Avenue was charged Monday with possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12, possession of matter of sex performance by a minor over 12, and under 18 first offense.
• Soufian Khaloufi Ouahbi, 22, from the 4700 block of Sydney Lane was charged Monday with possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12 and possession of matter of sex performance by a minor over 12 and under 18 first offense.
