• Gray Hardin Hancock, 45, of the 3400 block of Queens Way was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.
• Samuel Lee Hamilton, 19, of the 400 block of E. 21st Street was charged Tuesday with murder, tampering with physical evidence and receiving stolen property (firearm).
