Michael S. Mays, 47, of the 1000 block of West Seventh Street was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and tampering with physical evidence.
Danille L. Alexander, 37, of the 1600 block of West Third Street was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Marvin W. Taylor, 56, of the 700 block of Sycamore Street was charged Monday with driving under the influence (aggravated circumstances).
