• Christopher Ray Boyd, 36, from the 1200 block of East 5th Street was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of shoplifting and operating on a suspended license.
• Gabriel Henning Bartley, 24, from the 6000 block of Wayne Bridge Road was charged Monday with driving under the influence, third offense aggravated circumstances.
• Kevin R Barrett, 47, from the 300 block of East 5th Street was charged Tuesday with assault fourth-degree, strangulation first-degree, and terroristic threatening third-degree.
