• Winston Smith, 30, of the 1000 block of Burlew Boulevard was charged Tuesday of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
• Trace Dowell, 20, of the 2000 block of Wayside Drive W, was charged Tuesday with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
