• Bradley J. Acton, 35, of the 900 block of Gardenside Drive was charged Sunday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Carl Phillip Gifford, 32, of the 2500 block of North York Street was charged Monday with first-degree strangulation.
• Cody Ryan Lightfoot, 33, of the 1000 block of West Seventh Street was charged Tuesday with first-degree sexual abuse (victim under age 12).
