• Hunter Bailey Woodwell, 28, from the 700 block of Plum Street was charged Monday with rape first-degree of a victim under 12.
• Joey Ray, 45, from the 700 block of Kentucky Parkway was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting and criminal mischief second-degree.
