• Christopher Joe Evans, 51, of the 1000 block of W. 7th Street was charged Monday with first-degree burglary.
• Michael Lyninger, 34, of the 1700 block Cokesberry Court was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
• A juvenile was charged Monday with receiving stolen property more than $10,000.
