• Ener Anotonio Lopez, 22, of the 200 block of N. 21st Street, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
• Davion Kaylie Perez, 20, of the 1300 block of West Second Street, was charged Monday with first-degree assault.
• Ronald D. Osborne, 33, of the 00-100 block of Jenkins Drive was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• A juvenile was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (opiates).
• A juvenile was charged Monday with possession of a handgun by a minor.
