• Robert Lewis Williamson, 58, of the 1700 block of Lock Avenue was charged Wednesday with first-degree fleeing/evading police (motor vehicle) and driving under the influence.
• Robert Neil Maddox, 46, address unknown, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Dillon R. Craddock, 29, of the 1300 block of West 2nd Street was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
