• Alejandro Cuesta, 20, from the 3000 block of Frederica Street was charged Wednesday with the distribution of matter portraying sex performance by a minor under 12, possession of matter portraying sex performance by a minor under 12, and possession of matter portraying sex performance by a minor over 12 and under 18.
• Brandi Vickers, 36, from the 500 block of Walnut Street was charged Wednesday with illegal possession of a legend drug.
• A juvenile was charged Wednesday with leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid or assistance.
• Jariah Rogers, 20, from the 3000 block of Deer Trail was charged Wednesday with leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid or assistance, and failure to produce an insurance card.
• Nicholas Head, 30, from the 1500 block of West 5th Street was charged Wednesday with drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, possession of a controlled substance first-degree, and second offense (meth).
• Blaine Noffsinger, 20, from the 2500 block of Veach Road was charged Thursday with drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), and failure to use or improper signal.
• Blaine Noffsinger, 20, from the 2500 block of Veach Road was charged Thursday with trafficking in a controlled substance first-degree (opiate), and promoting contraband.
• A juvenile was charged Tuesday with the distribution of matter portraying sex performance by a minor over 12 and under 18.
