Owensboro Police Department
• Cody Michael Davidson, 27, from Maden Loop was charged Wednesday with failure to wear seat belts, possession of marijuana, fleeing or evading the police first-degree, and operating a vehicle while under the influence first-degree.
• Jacob Todd Small, 32, from the 2800 block of Strawbridge Place was charged Thursday with trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (meth), promoting contraband first-degree, drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, and possession of marijuana.
