• Robert E. Miller, 59, of the 1000 block of West 7th Street was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault (police officer).
• Kaelin Jejuan Green 29, of Macon, Georgia, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (opiates).
