• Lynn Sears, 69, from the 1300 block of Burlew Blvd was charged Wednesday with fraudulent use of a credit card $1,000<$10,000 and theft by unlawful taking or disposition from building $1,00<$10,000.
• Patricia Ann Carter, 49, from the 1300 block of West 2nd Street was charged on Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree, third or > offense (meth), possession of a synthetic drugs-first offense.
• Elizabeth Michelle Harris, 46, from the 4700 block of Highway 81 was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
