Benjamin J. Williams, 45, of the 600 block of Wing Avenue was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
Derek L. Owen, 46, of the 600 block of Jed Place was charged Saturday with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher A. Knabel, 25, of Tell City was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
