Cal A. Bigbee, 56, of the 400 block of E. 21st St. was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hannah E. Duncan, 29, of the 700 block of Oak St. was charged Saturday with theft of identity of another without consent, possession of a forged instrument and receiving stolen property under $500.
Christopher Stewart, 39, of the 20 block of River Rd. was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking (theft of an automobile) $500 or more and under $10,000.
