Juan G. Domingo, 53, of the 1600 block of West Fourth Street was charged Friday with driving under the influence (second offense).
Daniel McDurmon, 40, of Tell City was charged Friday with theft of a motor vehicle registration plate.
Daniel Farris, 35, of Evansville was charged Friday with theft of a motor vehicle registration plate.
Samantha Stevens, 24, of the 500 block of Crittenden Street was charged Friday with tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine (second offense), possession of marijuana and theft of identity of another person without consent.
