Jason James, 40, of the 400 block of 11th Street in Tell City, Indiana, was charged Sunday for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Sonia Evans Sinnett, 53, of the 2500 block of O’Bryan Boulevard was charged Monday with first-degree wanton endangerment.
