• William H. Segade-Herrera, 49, of the 700 block of Bolivar Street, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Calderon Alarado, 48, homeless, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
• Austin Allen Tague, 23, of the 400 block of N. Ewing Road, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• A juvenile was charged Wednesday with first-degree strangulation.
