Owensboro Police Department
• Leigh Ann Shepherd, 47, of the 1600 block of East Fourth Street was charged Sunday with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Ryan L. Siebels, 39, of the 400 block of West Legion Boulevard was charged Sunday with public intoxication (excludes alcohol), possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor.
• Brittany Cornett, 27, of the 1000 block of Venable Avenue was charged Saturday with endangering the welfare of a minor (three counts), abandonment of a minor, resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
