• Christopher Edward Barnett, 59, of the 2700 block of McFarland Avenue was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• David Bauer, 58, homeless, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Simon B. Aguilar-Perez, 30, of the 800 block of E. 18th Street was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and first-degree strangulation.
