• A juvenile was charged Thursday with possession of a handgun by a minor.
• Andres Tapia-Santizo, 20, of the 800 block of George Street, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
• Rayzon C. Hampton, 21, of Russellville, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking (firearm); second-degree burglary; unlawful transaction with a minor; and possession of matter of a sex performance by a minor (under 18).
• Daniel W. Grant, 46, of the 600 block of Jeff Place, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary.
