• Danny Ray Kelley, 58, of the 3300 block of Wandering Lane, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of synthetic drugs.
• Kelsey Haynes, 33, 3400 Professional Drive, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
• Two juveniles were charged Friday with theft of mail matter.
